Problem is, nowadays, you need 5 M for a player (a really good, world-class ot NT-worthy, that isn't 33 years old already). Players were too cheap some seasons ago, and that didn't make sense for anyone to start training players (it requires a coach, dedication, maybe sacrifice results in order to properly train).

Now this is the contrary : even with training your own players, you need 15 M to fill in the remaining 3 slots only to have a decent starting 5. You tell me : you buy high but also resell high. That is only partially true, since you sell older players and to have to re-buy a new one behind ...

I don't find it healthy when teams dedicated to training can't even buy missing players.

Totally agree with you. I always focused on training some positions and buying more experiences players to fill in the gaps. Realistically you can aim at training 5 players so that means you still need to do some shopping but now... Not even to mention that prices for trainers have gone wild as well... so where to invest??? (I pity the teams that also need to expand their arenas...). The biggest difference I have noticed is with my utopy tea: last season I bought 4 18year old players for a ridiculous price, this year they are selling for 500k!

Congrats to wortel for this superb win. Now the HC advantage will probably go to the red side, but let's see to which team...

Once again, injuries can greatly disrupt one's plans. With one man down and unwilling to drop Cup games, it is hard not to lose something on the way.

Of course, wortel was inspired to play outside for the first time against a 2 k- guard. Well done !

Good sale. I would have never expected him to go for that amount, good show.

His outside defense helped a lot I think. Yet this kind of player is very rare, and requires a team building around that is also uncommon, I don't know it it's a good or bad thing when it comes to selling (buyers are willing to put a lot of money on a particular skill-set, but there are fewers of them around).

I seriously hope you plan on training new belgian prospects in the future ;)
