If I will be able to log to Charazay tomorrow, I will start to believe that "Charazay death" was a marketing trick made to improve revenue from ads (things got interested -> more views of page). If they believe that BB is strong enough to buy off and turn off Chara, why can't I believe in my conspiracy theory? ;)

It is very weird that they would delete links to another game considering that theirs is shutting down. Why would they not want their users to find another game to play?

Maybe because here's a 1st September and the game is still running? In fact, the reason, why Charazay has to be turned off, was that the owners of the game didn't want to prolong the server. It seems that in this situation Charazay may be turned off in every moment after 30th August, but it doesn't have to be the 31th August or 1st September... the game may die even in December, for example. At this moment, the game waits for getting executed and greedy owners of Chara still hopes that they will be able to get any money from it for free.
