How to keep training (leves 5 trainer) this two guys?

a P - Someone think this guy could be trained to become a PF?

I got two Shooting (SF/PF) and 1 1vs1 but i missed to skill up...

Age: 20
Height: 6'11" / 211 cm
Potential: allstar

Jump Shot: average Jump Range: awful
Outside Def.: awful Handling: average
Driving: mediocre Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: proficient Inside Def.: sensational ↑

Great player. Do OD and passing and keep guard skills balanced. Sensational driving and handling will be enough so once you get their you can stop training them. Next season do OD, passing and shooting
