for player labeled SF yes, but he might also become labeled PF at some point. But I dont have that much knowledge about exact figures so I am not going to argue with you.

Just one question. If he was your player how would you finish him off?

1 on 1 for SF/PF until he is 12 in HA (he should be 13 i JS and IS at that time). Then RB to 9, OD to 15 and ID to 13, PA to 12. With these skills he is just under his potential, so you have some more room to improve him. If you want to make him into an outside SF, boost his JS and a bit of JR. For Inside SF, do some more 1 on 1 for SF/PF. I'd finish him with RB.
