So basically, your plan would be. Make stamina effect the minutes per week, so that you could negate the minute managing. To play your starting five (with high stamina) for 48 minutes in three games per week. Future will be 6 player team (6-th man being the injury defence:D ). Stamina plays a role in this game. It has an effect in the players performances. Yes skills have and will have different weighting.
Next let's make SB ultimate skill. At lvl16 SB your player blocks 90% shots attempted against him.

The vast majority of the most successful managers have either A) been here since season 1 or been daytraders.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

First, it is not my plan. I'm just saying that it is not such a bad idea.

Never did I say that it should "negate minute managing". I don't even care if the effect is small - so with very high levels of stamina I can play my guys 70-80 minutes per week.

It has an effect in the players performances.

Actually, my experience is it only affects player performances if you use them as starters. If you're playing guys only half the game, pitiful stamina is probably enough. With 30-36 minutes, mediocre stamina is plenty.

Next let's make SB ultimate skill. At lvl16 SB your player blocks 90% shots attempted against him.

I think you missed it. They already changed SB so it is more realistic. Maybe you want it to be the ultimate skill but that's not my preference.

the game would be much more fun if you wouldnt have to throw games. the regular season is so boring right now..everybody ties until the playoffs and too many games are won by 50+ points.

it is also annoying that you have trouble to get your topguys in the top 10 statistics because they had to sit more than 7 league games due to the cup.

and even if i wanted i could not afford the salary of 3 players that would help me prevent losing in our league.

an nba team has 15 players yea and i would be fine if i could start my 5topguys in 3 games per week, have 3-4players coming off the bench for decent minutes and another 3-4 who can have some garbage time.
but you cant precisley give orders about the minutes to be played in a game

1)I don't think this is true at all and 2)I'm not sure what this has to do with the subject, since I don't know exactly what post you were replying to.

I think there is no need of changing present situation about game shape management.
We all have known the rules for a long time and there were enough time to manage our teams according to this. In my opinion it's enough to have 9 good players and about 3 average backup players. If team trains single-post trainings - 6 non-trained players can play each of them 2 matches in starting five, 3 trained players can play 1 match whole 48 and another 1 as backup and 3 average backup players can play all the matches in a week like a backup players.
I think it would be too easy to can play every game with the same lineup and have only 5 quality players and some average players for backup.

maybe there should be done something about the enthusiasm. when i play with my club in reality its not like our enthusiasm grows when coach says take it easy today and get your asses whipped.. our enthusiasm and confidence grows when we win games.
i think it would be good when being on a streak raises the enthusiasm so that its not useful to win away games to get the arena crowded and then lose the homegame on purpose cause it doesnt hurt as much as losing away concerning the visitors and besides raises the enthusiasm of the team.
when people try to break other teams streaks the regular season could be more exiting.

I think it would increase gap between stronger and weaker teams. Because many good teams have no problem to beat almost anyone in league even if they play TIE on away match.

That's true. I agree that last home league match should be according to Fan Survey (sometimes I call it Fun Survey) much more important than last league match no matter where it was played.

It was replying to the post in which you referred to the "vast majority of successful managers."

I do think it is true. That's what makes horse races.

my players have high stamina, but now i'm a little scared
in my last match in the first 3 quarters the minutes played by starters were 35, 36, 36, 36, 36

luckily the last quarter was garbage time, so at least they didn't play 47, 48, 48, 48, 48 minutes
