I have one advise for your investigation of the bug. I don't know if you have history of all relevant data such as ticket price, STH, Fan Survey etc. But you can look for some similar examples (similar to team that are complaining in this thread) season or two ago and compare their STH, their attendance incomes etc.

I was going down already once from the second division to the third. What's happening this season with ticket holders after relegation is strange. It never was. We lose a lot of money. Nobody told us in advance of any changes with ticket holders after relegation in this season. We set the ticket prices are suggesting that what was before. It turned out that the changes with ticket holders came and we should set a much lower ticket prices. Changes surprised us...and now we can not change ticket prices. I think it is a little unfair for the teams, which have relegated this season.

yea, this is the way to do it. just check someone in last 2-3 seasons who was relegated from II. to III. division (like me) with similar record 3-19. if he had 801 STH after relegation than it is OK. But do something fast.

If you have a look on the last attendances and finances, you will recognize that nothing is fixed neither compensated.
Promoted teams are still over rated and relegated teams are still under rated (of course prices are takin into account).
Please keep in mind that not only a compensation for the relegated teams is needed. An balancing of the overrating of the promoted teams is also required by fees or additional compensation for the rest of the teams.
This bug results in a massiv interfearence of the fairness of buzzerbeater and without solving this properly soon it is close to destroying this online manager.
1/4 of all team are highly negatively affected by this bug and I think a lot of them (including me) are considering quitting buzzerbeater or change to online manager games, which won't tolerate this (I don't want to give any examples at this point). I don't think that a already medium sized online manager game like buzzerbeater can handle about 25% quitters each season. If you take into account that promoted teams are still overated in addition, 15/16 are also negatively affected by this bug...

I just want to point out that this bug is really close to destroy buzzerbeater if it isn't fixed and compensated properly!

BTW: I was relegated from 2. to 3. with 7-15 games. My STH went from close to 2700 to 600 and after the "so called adjustments" to 860. Good job!

I must say, finally I have a reasonable amount of STH... I started in 4600, then down to 3300, and finally I am near the average of 4000 =)

Same here...From 4429 to 3163....and now 3923.

It´s around the numbers I expected originally based on all the seasons from S2.

Good Job!
