GL in PL.
Patient looks for the best outside shooter to make the most of the shots. The rest of the team should have decent passing to distribute the ball to the shooter.
Look inside doesnt particulary looks for missmatches or best shooter, feeds the ball to SF, PF, C. If they can drive they do drive and shoot from inside, if they get all close to the basket they shoot the ball. PG and SG also drives if there is posibility to drive. PG SG and SF needs to have somewhat good passing to pass the ball to the bigs.
For sucessfull LI you need front with good inside shot and guards with somehwat good passing. But if they have more, like all positions driving and good inside shot then it is better.
19 year olds can have up to 10lvl higher total skill points, TSP. You can get first season training driving 18 year old ~20, maybe 23 skill ups. But the speed depends on the skill, since not all skills train at the same speed and it depends of the draftee height, because guard skills develop faster to small guys, and big man skills develop faster to big guys.
Generally it is not worth drafting 19 year old. But there are some ocasions when it is benefitial. For example high total skillpoints guy 65+TSP and decent potential 5 balls, which means MVP-hall of famer-all time great. Also you save up to 1 year on training if there is high TSP guy, which will save you money. But because it 19 year old ones trains slower, the final result might be just above mediocricity in most cases, which i doubt anyone wants to. 18 year old guys trains faster, overall gets to higher TSP during their career, and can play 1 season longer before their skills starts to drop at age 33.
I would draft 19 year olds only after 18 year olds. And if 19 year old has good TSP, like 65+ then would train. Otherwise it is a waste. When i started 5 seasons ago with this team i drafted 18 yea rold 53 or so TSp guy and bought 19 year old 67 TSP one because it was cheap. Now the ages 23 and 24, TSP axe exactly the same, 18 year old one catched up during the same time, their skill distribution was somewhat the same, heights somehwat similar too. And 18 year old one will have 1 more season in the tank before skills starts to drop. I dont say 19 year old is bad player, indeed it is my third best guy and best defender, but 18 year old would have been better. But since we all have limited resouces, sometimes 19 year olds are good too.
