+1 for those who think that you should include country in the search on the market. i think its the most looked for thing. and i think the searh for market should be without searching for potencial... this way you have to try if you are looking for a talented player

Country and potential, urgently needed on the transfer list, imho.
This would greatly improve the number of trainees on every NT. And consequently, the level of the NT matches. Everyone would have a shot at training a player for the NT. Therefore, increasing interest on those matches. A very simple and effective solution.

Since we had a major upgrade to the Transfer List search today, why don't we close this and start a fresh thread so that any new ideas don't get lost?
