One-Position training would be nice for him, too, so he reaches his full potential.
You basically want to train his Big Man skills for one season (mainly ID, some IS and REB), and pound his Guard skills for the rest of the time, mainly his OD, JR and Passing, which will all need quite some training. Finish him off with double-position training in JS and DV.
Still, your training plan should depend on which position you are training right now. If you're already training Big Men, train him with them, and similarly for Guards. Once you are finished training that position, switch him to the other one and train him there.
