Then you need more time to be a strong team, and patience, as you need to train your young players in the squad/ through draft.
What you need now is a good trainer.

I have to agree with RakBa, super interesting thread and congrats to all of you trying out this approach!

Coach (parrot) Joey, your team indeed is one of the role models, so again congrats for the achievements!

350k Merch sounds insane or is it just me? And we play in Greek 1st division (if number of users affects this at all).

Do you remember before going full HG (and before the 4M stadium as well) how much it was?

In french first division, the average merch is $140k. I, with a team full of french national and one french NT player, do around $200k.I do have the 4M arena and Lvl3 Merchandise Store.

So $320k seems to be rather good.
