he has 2 weeks full training of JS without pop and 1 week JR. Training 1vs.1 this week for forwards

I'd stick to main skills while he's still young, but other than that you seem to be doing just fine.

Nice trainees, I think player 1 needs more jump shot, jump range and passing. And player two needs more outside def and passing.

I'm thinking about making him a SF,because he has all around skills but lacks height to become a great PF or C.

Great guy.

One-Position training would be nice for him, too, so he reaches his full potential.

You basically want to train his Big Man skills for one season (mainly ID, some IS and REB), and pound his Guard skills for the rest of the time, mainly his OD, JR and Passing, which will all need quite some training. Finish him off with double-position training in JS and DV.

Still, your training plan should depend on which position you are training right now. If you're already training Big Men, train him with them, and similarly for Guards. Once you are finished training that position, switch him to the other one and train him there.

Thought I'd throw my toy on here. I'm gonna round out a few more of his inside skills this season ( get a 1-3 more pops in rebounding which should get a pop each in ID and IS as he is close in both) then do one pop in JR which he is right at, a couple of pops in either JS or PA if possible. What do you guys think i should do to finish him off?

he has nice C starting skills, but is a little small and has rather low potential for a C. There are basically three ways you could go with him:

1) undersized C. Just train him in his C skills. You'll get a nice passing C. His lack of a Jump Shot would be the only issue.

2) PF. Train his C skills for one to two seasons, then switch to his JS and train that up a lot. A little OD training won't hurth either, but he won't need much of it.

3) Outside SF. Start training his OD, and go on doing that for about two seasons, with a little passing and/or JR sprinkled in for good measure. Finish him off by giving him lots of JS and Driving training.

He is no chance of being a SF starting with Atrocious JS and OD (2 of the most important SF skills).
