LOL, yep he is 7'0" :)

I will be training one one one next season but for now plan to try and get IS and ID up to sensational or better. Yes his salary will be large, but I am hoping to join Naismith in the next season or two and will need a monster to compete.

Cool, yeah IS and ID would be good to train, but I do not look forward to seeing that salary lol!
It will probably be around 60k or more before the end of the season.

Nice player. Yeah secondaries just boost up the price considerably. And I hate seeing Centers with great inside skills and atrocious and pitiful in secondaries. They are giant turnover machines! lol

Cons: It takes a while to train guard skills at 6'8", JS will take a good season to get to a decent level, and he'll never be overly dominant.

I like balanced bigs, and I train them myself, but don't neglect big man skills totally. Maybe train guard skills half of the time, and with him being an allstar, you can have a nice big who's still 13/13/13 or so inside before he caps out.

I agree though, don't stick to IS/ID/REB. I just wish he was either shorter or taller. 6'8" is a pain in the ass height.

I think a good training for your player, over the classic Is-Id-reb,would be Js for SF-PF,because it trains both IS and JS
However, your player lacks only Js and Jr,and while you can't work on Jr,you can improve a lot JS,creating a great PF

I think so too. He could become quite balanced while still training Big skills all the time via the following rotation:

- Rebounds (PF/C)
- Jump Shot (Forwards)
- Inside Defense (C)
- Rebounds (PF/C)
- One on One (Forwards)
(- if ID grows slower than the other skills: Inside Defense (C))

rinse and repeat. He'd improve his IS/ID/RB every week, while also working somewhat on his JS, JR, DR and HN. Do this for two seasons or so, and he should become quite strong.

TPE is a joke especially for the all around players. Maybe it worked ok 4-5 seasons ago where everyone was trying to boost the primary skills of the players, but almost none cared about the 2ndaries. Now the fact is that PA is becoming a primary skill for every position, for example.

So the best way to get an idea whats the worth of your players, is the market search...

my 45k sg's tpe jumps around like crazy - 2 weeks ago it said 800 k-1.2 mil , 1 week ago 2.5 mil to 3 mil , this week 1.5 mil to 1.8 mil .

the tpe is very much a one skill only estimater , and fairly inaccurate the more balanced and high skilled your players are
