Sample lang ito sa mga prospects for Senior pool, Scouted our u21 team, div 1 and 2. not yet div 3 As you guys can see we will have enough to complete a core next season. Marami dito sa prospects might not be good enough. Some might go bot or hindi na mahabol ang secondaries or malapit na sa cap. Ma monitor lang maigi lalo for non vet trainers. Fabio sample lang ito for our next Senior coach. Next season we can get more trainees and trainers. Jeorge sana maidentify mo na yung kakapusin to make Seniors para umikli din yung listahan. We will wait for Greedys list after draft. Mag bbmail kami ni Jeorge sa mga passive managers next season. Linimit ko sa 22 anyos current age para ang edad hindi malayo.. Havent included last years u21 sa scouting.

Also tapusin ko na ung list ng prospects na candidate also for Nt Seniors in the future.

Yup we need a copy sana by intended position nila para ma maximize natin ang nt core. What i want next season is yung walang balak magtrain tapos konting sundot na lang magbebenta for the sake of nt. Its a way to increase the pool. Pag na convince sila, we have more trainees for u21 and Seniors. Now we have trainers but konti ang trainees. Meron din yung adopt option maybe 20 year old or 19 ipatuloy na lang or even u21 graduates pag may umayaw sa training pwede rin cguro kami doon. Lalo na foreign owned. Being a NT COACH you have rights to post sa local forums nt prospects for sale at your discretion.

Getting ready for next season a few weeks away just coordinate with Jeorge. I-turnover na sa inyo para isang database. Next Senior coach will make sure na all positions are covered plus inform us if redundant na ang training, like too many bigs or pg's. Malaki din chances for all trainere to join the Senior team. Good luck sa semis hope you go all the way.

Dont worry i-shoshortlist ko na ung U21 ngayon na may MVP to ATG Potential na may chance na makapasok sa NT Seniors para mas madali na ;) i will talk also to coach jeorge para mabuo natin ung centralized database para mamonitor ng maayos lahat ng prospects na qualified candidate for NT Seniors. thanks boss ob1

Ready na to mga boss. Old school spreadsheet nga lang ang format pero kumpletong kumpleto na. Bahala na kayo convert sa format na mas prefer nyo saka mas easy read para sa intended users. Focus tayo sa build up ng trainees natin sa mga susunod na seasons.
