I mean if for example OD trains only JR and SB as "tertiary pops" or is the 10% distribution random.

Personally, I think that it will be old guys training FT and STAM who see the most random pops because they might have received just a few minutes of training once in a while for many years, developing sublevels that never popped.

I love this change because I don't worry about hitting potential caps, love multi-skilled players (in BB and in real life), train 28 year olds, and never make plans! It's perfect for me!

I trained pressure for PG and all I got were pops in OD. I was led to believe that my guards would receive expensive pops in SB and RB, which was the only reason I chose to train pressure.

Ugh, this new cross training sucks.

How can you say it sucks because your PGs didn't pop in cross-training after ONE training? You are sure demanding, aren't you?

Stamina training - pop in ST and JR (from 8-9 it's average skill)
Free Throws training - pop in IS (31 yo player)
Jump shot (SF/PF) - pop in JS (7-8 average skill) and FT (4-5 low skill)
