I know how it works, but not sure what it sticks at on the low range. I would think it would stick at 1/2 if you did it every week...which totally negates the enthusiasm bonus it provides plus leaves you in a terrible position if you NEED to win a game.

No its next financial update. Its 5 weeks starting after the first financial update of the week he started to not be on from. So its basically 6 weeks..

Lost again last night. This is shaping up to be a crappy week for me. Got CTed, lost by 12, got normaled, lost by 5 and one of my trainees fouled out, and I'm playing a GS mismanaging D V guy in the cup and I foresee a CT from him.
