There are only two real effects
(1) current trainees hace devaluated a lot. Seasons of effort Lost.
(2) when this season trainees are fully trained, there Will be lots of high salary players. New adjustments Will be necessary

1) 100% true.

2) Again, true to a point. Yes when this crop of draftees starts hitting the transfer list here will be higher skill and higher salaried players available. However, the number of trainees from this draft class will not change because you can still only train one skill at a time. Until that is changed the transfer list will still be over-inflated.

It's been 12 seasons or so since Utopia started. Have you seen Utopia trainees hitting the market and sensibly reducing prices?

The constraints in training still remain.

No they haven't reduced prices. Only allowing a greater number of players and/or multiple skills to be trained at once will do that.

Training hasn't been improved though. It remains to be seen if more people will train just because there are more trainees worth doing something with. I doubt its going to make everyone just suddenly change plans and start training a new generation of players.

Agreed. I'm suggesting that just improving the starting point for the next generation of semi-skilled trainees isn't enough. The total number of those semi-skilled trainees needs to be increased. The only way that happens is with some improvements to the current training system.

In fact, I submit that improvements to the training system will become vital or the NT's in every region that is merged will die.

This is a strategy game. Training should be difficult.

If its a strategy game, then training should be strategic. It doesn't need to be illogical, and it shouldn't need your player training out of position for longer than he actually spends in the position he's trained to. That's not difficult, its ridiculous. It shouldn't require a player having to start games in order to receive enough training to be good enough to play as a backup. That's not difficult, its ridiculous.

Everything should be difficult.

Logging in should be easy. Setting your lineup should be easy. Silly statement.

Play some facebook game if you want it easy.

That's not your place to say. He can stay here if he chooses to. That also gives him the right to say what he doesn't like about things without you attempting to chase him away.
