Hmm, I'm not sure if you're implying Gascoigne/Palit aren't quite ready yet, but you'd be mistaken if you think that, they are easily among our top flight of guards. Marshall might not be quite ready for certain tactics, but as a SF that's understandable.
Sharpling I expected, but Hongs was a bit more of a surprise to me personally, at least with all his passing, however his GS is phenomenal so thank you :)
Really for the backups I'm going to take it as too small of a sample size to really get anything useful, the young guys started last week and did just fine. Holm fouling 4 times in 6 minutes was also impressive.
