JR is a good idea. Some work on his Passing and Handling won't hurt either. You should not train one on one, though, as his lack of an inside shot makes his driving less valuable.

Some training in passing will help as well. Note that he has a starter's potential, so not sure if you want to invest more than 4-5 seasons on him... I am not sure when starter will reach the 'cap' (salary)
