I wouldn't be so sure. Myopic is still active and it wouldn't surprise me if he spent his enormous pile of cash before the end of the season to stay in II. I mean he only needs 2 wins to do it.

Tempting...but probably not.

The market is starting to inflate a bit in places.

Nice guards you could get for $3M two weeks ago are selling for just over $4M. Not as much inflation on the big men, except for a few with great secondaries that continue to sell at good prices.

I mostly check the high potential market and that seems to be pretty steady, with moderate inflation. Not sure on the young player market.

And I was sadistically hoping to draw a NBBA team in the Cup

There's truly nothing more special than watching your opponent's 5k SG, who shoots 20% from the field, and 7% from 3, drain a game-tying 3 at the end of regulation. That gets the ol' blood boiling...

Edit: Not to mention when my brilliant coach BENCHES 4 STARTERS FOR ALMOST HALF OF OVERTIME.

Ha yeah. This is why I don't watch many games in real-time, they make me crazy.

During the process of scouting my upcoming game I came upon a team that has to have the worst luck in BB as far as their final place in the standings. Check this out:

In season 13, Somerville Trappist Ales finished 5th in league USA IV.1
In season 12, Somerville Trappist Ales finished 5th in league USA IV.1
In season 11, Somerville Trappist Ales finished 5th in league USA IV.1
In season 10, Somerville Trappist Ales made the semifinals of the playoffs in league USA IV.1
In season 9, Somerville Trappist Ales finished 5th in league USA IV.1
In season 8, Somerville Trappist Ales finished 5th in league USA IV.1
In season 7, Somerville Trappist Ales finished 5th in league USA IV.1

Edit: And guess what place they're in this season? Yep, 5th place.

That's absolutely incredible to be that consistently mediocre.
