does anyone know of any other game (such as NBA live, or something like that) which has a built in 'career ending injury' component?

i know you can have season ending injuries in some computer arcade games, but ive personally never seen career ending injury.

we could just implement something that was requested back in the early seasons - insurance..... makes sense on the $100k + a week guys... pay a premium to protect against injury.

wake up & see your player crocked but don't pay his salary OR in the career threatening example, you could receive a nice lump sum to go shopping with & replace.

i could understand NFL, because of the freqency of injuries that occur in that game.

If this ever gets implemented will have threads like:

Which of your players died today :D

The best player ever to die

Fastest death of a player

and so on...

Like the injury I got tonight and provoke my defeat, probably pushing me in D2 ? I accept it, but if a career ending injury would happened to my lithuanian I paid 2M just after the draft, then trained for 6 seasons, then I would be pissed of.

I'm not one of the guy asking for no-injury at all, but they exist.

OT, but I had to check the player out. And it got me wondering: any regrets now to have let that player go for 2M? ;) (12045496)
