here we go indeedy......

Looks top drawer.... with 35,000 managers + are we going to know if and how big the pool of staff is going to be... is what we see now what we get til they've gone or will there be more staff uploaded each day to bid on?

I wonder if the effect of the speciality is depending on the level of the staff, or if the effect is the same regardless of the overall skill.

I have bid on a few guys buy im curious to see how big the weekly increments are on the wage demands... this will be critical to calculate how much to bid for a member.. ie. Are we planning to keep a staff member for 1/2 season - 1 season...more?

I guess the ultimate question is how much faster does a level 7 trainer train???

I wonder to which extent will the salaries increase weekly... this is crucial, because we could end up changing trainer twice per season if the automatic rise is too big...

Sincerely
Giuseppe

P.S. I think I'll wait for the frenzy to stop and for the dust to settle down... prices will be totally crazy for at least a couple of weeks...

Will the team training like Stamina and Free Throw still be consistent regardless of the skill level of the trainer?

Might be time just to sit back with a lvl 1 guy for a couple of weeks.... nah lets just go blow it all on someone who has an 8 week shelf life!!

well... i don't know but it could be just me...

maybe i guess this would be a good time to lift the inflation "penalty" because now the new staff system makes the staff market into a new bidding war wherein as far as i can see, you can't sell your own staff (i think) and the staff system is looking more like a big money vacuum, so to speak...

penalites, percent contributions from players, and now, staff bidding... not to forget they are still part of payroll.. any thoughts on this matter?
