Sorry to the people who were using the site in the last 2 hours.

I did an update and one of the functions was named wrong. I didn't realise and I saw no error until just now.

Hopefully all of the errors with teams missing from stats and cross memory issues with the roster are all now taken care of.

What is trainability based on? It it just age, potential (and current skill level) and height?

Steve

All of the above, I think.

i am now a fan of your site! (and BB to... as always)

can i make a wish list? since it's BB-stats.org, how about team stats in my conference?

their points per game, points against per game, field goal %, all those stats on a team based category...

it would be great help for people who fonds doing press blogs or news threads in their country forums...

it may be requested already, if so, consider my post as a 'bump' thru the request!

thanks fo the site... it really is a big help!

Oh dang. I should have added conference info... I forgot that when I created this. So at the moment there is no conference information associated with each team... I will work on adding that later.

I will work on getting some team stats organised so people can see team rankings based on different things. I will get that going soon.

Steve,
Trainability is a complicated calculation based primarily on age and current skill level. It also takes into account the potential and the height of the player. I am not sure how good the calculation is. I hope it provides a decent look at how much value, training the player will create.

EDIT:
BB-Stats is struggling. I think the BuzzerBeater server itself is having a lot of problems. I am getting a lot of timeouts when requesting league and team information.

im getting unauthorize access clicking roster options

aside from a a mythical team or 1st bb team and bb team to be included

how about

career stats of the player as he goes through his playing season

meaning a comparison to lets say if he is on the floor the team is + or - number as well if he is not in the floor.

I don't really understand, I mean, i'ts good, but i've been training passing, and one of my "untrainable" players has popped twice in three weeks. Does this mean that it isn't dead accurate, but just an approximation on how they can be trained.

P.S he is a 21 year old 6'3 SG.

I think the trainability thing is less a judgement of whether or not a player will continue to see skill increases and more of a judgement on how much dough he can potentially bring you by continuing to train him.
I think.

it's true...

i had a player that they say has a low trainability...

guess what, he just popped 2 skills today...Ü

i think that it is not perfect yet, or yet, it is not that flexible... like, trainability is divided into 4 categories only, unlike the potential cap that has more than that
