I want to make him great center. Was thinking about this and one more seasons dedicated to outside skills. The most particular about driving to 14 js to 11 (will get 12 by training IS later for the final build) And passing to like 14-15. And about inside skills probably gona make them either 16 14 14 7 or 7 15 15 15:D What do you guys think?

Too small for Center, make him a PF, has better skills for that anyway :)

Already have one trainee better suited for pf:D Better OD, JR, JS But lower potencial abit. ANd yep, maybe he is abit too small, but well, 5 seasons inside training will make him a man:D And i am very happy with his current skills since when i drafted him he was a piece of crap, had 3 skills pitfull, and youll never quess which ones:D His height is actually pefect i think for multiskiled pf/center, well atleast his outside skills were training as fast as 2 years older guards ones, 10-12 pops a season.:)

Mostly i cant decide if either i give him more js or passing and about inside ones, to make him offensive beast or defensive beast?

A little off topic: I have a 6'4" guard, 20 years old and MVP potential. I also have a level 6 trainer. I am trying to get his OD up. It justs seems a little slow to me. According to the US offsite, a 20 year old gets .48 skill pops per single position training pressure. He needed three weeks each for his last three pops. And keep in mind that some of these trainings were done when he was still 19. Even with a low sublevel to start with, the 0.48 seems to be way off. Sometimes I ask myself if that level 6 trainer actually makes a difference.

On topic again: I have a SF prospect who looks like this:

Weekly salary: $ 17 604
Age: 21
Height: 6'4" / 193 cm
Potential: perennial allstar

9 10
14 6
11 8
9 9
6 7

I got a pretty good idea what he might look like once he is capped, but I'd like to hear your input and training suggestions. This is what he could look like in my plans:

15 11
15 11
15 10
10 12+
6 7

He could certainly use some more rebounding as a SF, but that would eat up a lot of his cap.
