I'm also moving closer to a homegrown team. Currently I have 6 drafted guys, 2 of them clear leaders, and 6 national players. Hopefully, I will be able to find some talent in the draft to proceed with my plan.

I’m dropping back to D.IV and going homegrown. Have my final 2 players on the market to sell then I will be 100% drafted.

This will be my 3rd go at it, so I’m hoping I can remain patient throughout the process.

For the first time ever, I made it to Div 2 Finals. Unfortunately, the opponent was near impossible to beat and tactically they beat us as well. However, a big success from a team that was in relegation battle 6 games before the end of the regular season.

Next season and the season after that will be the crunch time for us. The salaries will jump to around 600k and financially it will be harder and harder to keep this team in div 2 for much longer. The trainees, though developing nicely, are still rough around the edges but this season proves that competing with this squad is possible.

Hopefully, in few seasons we can add to the list that made it to the top league with homegrown team!

Hello !

For the first time since I went down, 3 seasons ago, I succeeded in going back to Div II :D
Good season, best defense (best offense wins games, best defense wins championships !), MVP of the season.

Though, my team is nearly at its max. Around 350k of salaries, with 2 good ("orange" players) future players (23 y-o). BUT, my main subs are going (very) old, and my main players turn 31-33. So, i'm a but pessimistic about the 5 next seasons...
