If you know how to train than your question makes no sense.
click on training and choose what you ant to train.
It will tell you which positions will be trained.
play trainees at those positions in games, they need 48 minutes for full training.
Go to manage my team and you will see how trainings progessing, how many minutes of training for each player so far.
Friday morning, after 2 league games and a scrimmage (or cup game), training results will appear.
Then, do it all over again.

so the trainer puts the minutes in training by how many minutes they played in the games

Yes, but only on trained positions. If you train Pressure for PG, your trainer will train only players who play on PG spot (it doesn't matter if they are PGs, Centers or whatever). 48 minutes of training is max training a player can receive in a week and also the most recommendable. Minutes above 48 are redundant and don't count for training.

actually it trains JR and JS more slowly than outside shooting for SG. In that way it's more similar to outside shooting for PG/SG.

My 21 year old 6 foot PG had jump range pops back to back weeks. Probably elastic effect seeing how jump range was 8 and everything was 13 and higher
