About to train passing for a couple weeks, followed by jump range and jump shot. After that I am open to any ideas.

Some training in passing will help as well. Note that he has a starter's potential, so not sure if you want to invest more than 4-5 seasons on him... I am not sure when starter will reach the 'cap' (salary)

I meant that DR would rise through training the other two skills..

The only mistake could be the estimation of handling pops.Instead of 6 maybe he gets 7...
