I think Westbrook will find his balance, if not this year then next. He and Rose might go on to dominate their conferences in future seasons.

As for the Dallas offence, it really is a treat in a league that is starving for good team offence. Of course it helps a bit when you have a 7 footer who shoots fadeaways from 20 feet. Off of one foot. If Thibodeau had his way he'd call that an illegal play. :)

Meh... I thought in game 1, they whistled a lot on what should have been legitimate post defense. Game 2, not so much. OKC wins.

Bulls/Heat - the Bulls have to step up. Deng, Boozer and crew need to stop watching Rose, and hit some outside shots.

Totally agree about Boozer being the problem. Thibodeau knows this too, which is why in any close/important game he plays Taj down the stretch. Boozer is just not someone that fits in with the identity of the team. He's a terrible defender one-on-one and very average in his help defence - both in terms of deciding when to help and actually having the athletic ability to bother the opponent. Taj on the other hand is a phenomenal defender, his only weakness is against big strong post players and as a PF these days that's not much of an issue.

I think that's the reason Taj has the confidence to play well for this Bulls team, whereas Boozer is very inconsistent. I hope Boozer gets traded next season.

As for the series I still think the Bulls can get it done, Noah is key from this point on. Stupid Haslem had to come back for this series. :(

Actually I think that Brooks took Westbrook out for Maynor, not KD. I think the media are making it a bit bigger as if Brooks was punishing Westbrook. While actually he just decided to stick with the guys on the field which meant leaving 4 starters (Sefolosha, Ibaka, Perkins and Westbrook) on the bench. The media is telling ti as if he was specifically leaving Westbrook on the bench but he was just sticking with Maynor, Harden, Collison and Cook (and of course KD).

I think Westbrook will play a big role again tonight.

Yeah, the thing is guys like Harden often finish the game. Maynor doesn't....

Unfortunately, I think the two teams I want to get through to the Finals are going to fall by the wayside. Chicago/OKC.
Sigh... two teams dislike in the Finals. I guess I'll support the lesser evil.

In Buzzerbeater terms, OKC offensive flow just fell apart at the end of that last game....
