Wolph, you might want to check these teams out (Div II.1 teams headed towards bot) and see if there's anything you might want there: NICOBUKURO, Machida Bulls, TokyoDriftTeam, 楽しい & Super Bisons.

I'd grab mugicha's PA 18yos & that sk Superstar if I were you...
Again - it's a dice-roll. But at 18 those two guys probably will be worth something to the community - even if they never make a U21/National team.

This is from the Season 17 Updates Announcement:

Also, as we announced in the mid-season news, many players who are fired from their teams are no longer going to take to retirement so easily. Fired players (or players who are released from abandoned teams) will list themselves on the transfer market at a starting price of 10 times their initial salary, or 1 million dollars (whichever is smaller). If they can’t find a team interested in them at that price, they will begrudgingly accept retirement. Pro-amateur level players (those with salaries of $5,000 or less) who are fired won’t bother with this procedure as they need to start looking for another job right away, while semi-professional players who are released due to their team disbanding won't bother with this procedure if their salaries are $10,000 or less. This change is effective as of now.

If I read that correctly they will all be retired.

Our chances of advancing or so slim that if any of them were must have prospects then you might grab them anyway. But, not sure if I would put any of those guys in that category.

Yes only players with $10,000 or more salary will become free agents from teams that are abandoned.

Counting back teams that last logged in between 7/11 to the 13/11 will die this sunday night.

So if I am right you have an extra week for Nicobukuro 11/14, and Machida Bulls 11/16 but will have to act on Mugicha 11/12 right away.

How does one team get so much talent? I know, if you are born in II.2 not II.1 not only do you get a free ride to the JBBL with any halfassed team you get to draft 3 x 18 year old perennial allstars each season as well. It is so unfair.

2 x 18 year old perennial allstar
2 x 19 year old perennial allstar
1 x 19 year old superstar all drafted

Were they scouted at the start of the season? Do we have a checklist of their skills? Is there a database? If there is you could do some DMI calculations to see if they have been trained or not.

We are not out of the tournament. We have 1 game to go and need to beat Singapore (unlikely) and need Khazakstan to lose to Lebanon (very unlikely). It is not impossible but close to it.

But it is a big call to throw away our chance. How will we feel if Lebanon does upset Khazakstan?

How will we feel if we let 5 future Nippon stars just vanish when there are so few available?

One compromise could be to just add the superstar or even better ask BG Samuraj to add that player to the NT, he has 2 spots available so it will cost the seniors nothing.

In more important news Konoe had a double pop over the all star weekend, that is now 8 for the season so far. If there is a better driver on the team I will be surprised. A pity that this monday may be his last representative game ever, his potential wont be up to NT standards.

Other good news is Hirofumi Sonoda finally popped but 3 weeks of 1on1 for 1 pop tells me he is probably capped.

Bad news was that your draft pick Takayoshi Kawagichi didn't pop, still just 7 for the season but if he can get one more pop in OD, JR and PA this season he will be about $11-12,000 salary at age 20, maybe making the team but should be strong by age 21.
