Yes, at q yourself saying this , he went up last season for the first time and were relegated again. With players trained by you in LEAGUES UNDER . I'm being repetitive, but only proves our theory : train and be competitive in the major league is VERY hard !!!

I think you're not understanding me . What we are discussing here , is to train players and be competitive IN MAJOR LEAGUE . You go training for several seasons in a minor league and come up with a ready and trained team , we make here a long time . That keeps you on top for a maximum of 3 seasons.

Our topic is about TRAIN A PLAYER FROM THE 18 YEARS , having him play at least 48 min . You know when a player played champion will be doing this? NEVER !!!

I'm not talking loudly , which is in caps lock is just to give greater emphasis . I'm sorry if he felt offended. So it seems that you began to understand the " business of the spirit ." A different way of training , leads to a greater number of workouts, and thus more players available for the game. Thus, you will be competitive and the game will have much better trained players for everyone .

I am sorry, but just training on the cup game, in the home game or at the end of the season, you can not train a good enough player to be on your NT.

not in Brazilian NT. is very little.

The training cycle is 16 weeks in a season while you are experiencing bots, or weak teams in the pantry, I agree, but at the end of the season when there are playoffs, either in the national cup or relegation, thinking playoffs ... well, you can train the player effectively while maintaining the competitiveness to win every game without compromising putting a player 18-23 years during a 8,9,10 weeks at most.

Let us agree that in today's workout, losing almost 50% of the season in a player can not train ... it's almost impossible to put it in the NT. Unless the level of your NT is low.

exact friend, I proposed an idea, but that should not be the exact, you know?
the point is, ok, keep the 48mins a week, but training out of position, is exhausting and complicated .. for sure if this is already improved, helps a lot.
You see, I gave an idea, want new ideas, does not mean that we have to follow just mine.
thanks for giving your opinion.

Okay.... Let's propose a CRAZY idea here.

Since people are complaining about the luxury tax yadda yadda.

And the training is an issue...

Could we not get a "money dump" option of (for example throwing out random numbers).
With a level 7 trainer I can drop 4 million $ to get the trainers weekly effect on any 1 player I want regardless of age
Level 6 trainer 5 million
Lvl 5 6
Etc.

And have the training speed be that of a ..... Let's say 23 year old across the board.
Like I said ... Crazy idea.

I also am hesitant to weigh in at all on here particularly with OP calling out managers based on his perceived view of how knowledge/experienced the managers are. If you go off that this is my first season. But I have played off and on since S18. I just don't do the sign in periodically so my team doesn't go bot while the team amasses millions of dollars thing. If RL comes up, it comes up and my team goes bye bye and I start from scratch. I don't see why I need to be judged over that.

But crazy idea aside. It is possible to compete at high levels and train players. Not 3 single position trainees, but 1 you can for sure. (One trainee whoop de do right?)

It's also not possible to take a team of completely homegrown talent and take it in a LARGER nation to the highest division (I tried... D.II you can reach but at best you're constantly avoiding relegation)

So in that sense as well I agree that it's not possible to fully train at higher divisions.

Some teams in sports have way way way more homegrown drafted and developed their career players than other teams and are still able to enjoy success over teams that use free agency all the time to make themselves better.

On top of a training problem we have I think another problem is that you 100% have to use the transfer market to have any sustained success at higher divisions. It is impossible (from my experience) to reach there without doing it.
