It'd be pretty easy to fix a 0-0 draw in soccer; a 0-0 football game with 9 missed field goals would probably bring an FBI investigation.

"There are currently no injured players in this league or league matches are in progress."

I've never seen this message before. Can someone translate?

In soccer you can bet on a draw (they don't usually use point spreads, but odds, and if your team doesn't win (in regulation), you lose. If its an elimination game which goes to overtime/penalties, it counts for gambling purposes as a draw.
I looked online but couldn't find any bookmakers offering odds on a tie in an NFL game. But if you're feeling it, I'm sure someone would give you a good price (66-1 probably).

Wow that was a wild slate of games. Danbury was down 20 in the 4th quarter against Vermont, scores seemingly every possession and stops Vermont seemingly every possession, goes up by 2 only for Vermont to hit a last second three and win. Big wins for Incompl and Defenseless too.

Wow big win for me! Was not expecting that as a final score.
