It would be much easier if you posted skills and height of this player. But generally speaking, you can expect somewhere between 5-7 pops this season with 1-position training.

You ask if it's worth it? If he needs only those 10-15 pops to make him a good player for your league, then do it. But if you want him to reach Superstar or even MVP potential (roughly 100-140k salary), I wouldn't do it.

Does anyone know the correlation of JS/OD/HA/DR/PA training for 6'10", 20YO bigs? How many pops can I expect on average this season? Here are there skills:

The funny thing is, when I trained 1v1 Forwards last week, both of them popped. Alexander to 5 HA and Boswell to 3 DR. This week, as you can see, they both popped in PA, while Alexander also popped in DR. I think this is the work of the elastic effect. What do you think?
