Thanks for volunteering me Morwood, sounds eerily much like that someone claiming I have interest in running for president and combusting every now and again! I sure hope you didn't catch some of those bad habits and lunacy. Remember: you're also a Pilipinas hero, you can't afford that! Especially if Manny loses the fight tonight.
At any rate, if Arrows needs some assistance I'm happy to help him in preparing databases and whatnot. It is good remembering how the dirty work is done every once in a while. Probably others involved in the U21 up to S29 and managers planning to run for coach in the future would be also happy to help.
However, I assume players need to be scouted and evaluated based on potential/current skills/coach tactical preferences before doing this kind of exercise. I don't know if scouting can be delegated to people other than the coach himself. At the moment, I only know the skills of one U21 player: my own :/
