Hi. I've recently learned that level 7 Doctor without speciality has 13.5 % chance to tape the injury during a match. Do the lower level doctors have also this chance (with lower percentage)? And what about the Doctors with Taping injury speciality? What's their chance of taping injury? And does it add up (e.g. lvl 7 Doc with Taping speciality)?

Hi Guys,

Last 2 days I had strange (at least for me) games. Both of those games I had better statistics and both games was lost by pretty far. Can you help me understand those statistics or the reason why did I lost? It was maybe bad luck (but two times in the row..cmon). My players are pretty multiskilled so it also should be an advance - but still 2 loses.

These games: (125771985), (125779380)

Any feedback to understand what could happened will be gladly appreciated!

The BB medical staff have gone through several taping injuries seminars. That means, starting this season, every doctor will have the ability to tape up a player and get him back into the game! The higher the level, the better the chance. But only the doctors who specialized their injury taping skills will be the best.

From the news we can deduce that yes lower level doctors have a lower chance of taping. But no info on stacking tho. I personally doubt that since I've seen quite a number of in game injuries recently but none were taped despite me having a level 6 taping doctor. I should assume that it caps at the taping percentage, but it's just speculation.

Just some small observations as to both of those games…

The first one, your team ratings may have been better, but PG, SF, PF positions your opponent’s players had much better personal ratings (13.5 vs 15.0+). Also, you lost the rebound battle by a lot, and that is one of the factors I notice that contributes more than many tend to think, based on number of possessions/shot attempts. Also what is stamina on your starters? They played a lot of minutes and even if exhaustion didn’t hit completely on the center, fatigue very easily may have made a difference down the stretch for them all.

Second game, it looks more like bad luck with fouls- the gap in the number of free throw attempts is overwhelming, making me think that your team may have been unable to keep up in the waning minutes amid fouling for clock. Also your PF having bad game shape did you no favors, and again I am curious about stamina, particularly for SG who played full 48.

Stamina of my SG is 6 so I wouldn't say it's that bad. The rest of the starters are 3-4-6-9. That may be one puzzle to the reason why it happens, but to be sure I would need to know also the rival stamina.

Thanks for your feedback!
