Ooh, the great potential SF is on the transfer list already. At the moment it is at a bargain of $255K. Please someone train this guy! The dateline is 21 July morning:

Muhamad Khalid bin Azali ((15028179)) Small Forward

The guy is bought at a bargain of $574.7K. The team who bought him is Luda druzina (100228)

Interesting part is the team has 2 18yo Malaysian player. The SF I mentioned and a PG from team 18Mirage.

Sad part is, both won't be getting the desired training as the team has a total of 6 18yo players, 1 19yo player and 2 20 yo player.

Maybe Terfu can go give him a motivational speech to encourage him to train our local players. ;)

I will never understand why managers buy (at highest price!) players they cannot / don't want to train instead of older, cheaper and better ones.

Last season my Center (21 yrs, all star, a lot of room under cap) was bought by a manager who told me explicitly he would had not trained him...and even not sold him!!!(

Which player r u talking about?
I checked your transfers but even this whole year (up to 7th Jan 2010), there were no Centers sold from your team.

my = south african. Look for Will Burr in last season's SA U21 team.

To BlackMouse:
Welcome to BB Malaysia forums. Maybe we can arrange a scrimmage some time...

Thank you for your welcome! Yes, we should. I need to finish my Consolation (the wc qualifier is over with SA first victory in WC at any level!), and it will be over by 6 weeks. With current roster (and some crazy trainers...) it's impossible to figure out to proceed to playoffs. I will have plenty of weeks for good scrimmages!

Quoted from the MBBA news

7/25/2010 - Blue Blooded Beasts has just acquired Eimonas Niceparukas for $ 200 000.

Sigh... no response from the community for a call for trainer is bad enough already.

To realise that it is not that we don't have trainers but more because our trainers only want to train foreign 18yo players is worse!

I think the choice to train local trainees or not is totally up to the individual. Most of the time, local trainees do not have the skill sets the trainers want nor the potential, and it ultimately represents a sacrifice by the trainer to contribute to the local NT. Some play for glory, and I do understand if they want to mould players that fit their plans.

So, now that our trainers are limited, do you guys want to put our eggs in one basket rather than fading away season after season? Why not all of us still in it pool our resources are create one golden generation of players? Next season for example, we pick up a trainee each and create a powerful U21 team 3 seasons from now? I've reserved a slot for next season, might pick up a PF or SF.
