Wow, this is a bad case of a noob NT coach.
I ahve a SG, which ahs good skills, but plays bad in the first and second quarter. But he usally steps up his tempo in 3 quarter, and plays at his maximum in 4 quarter. That is what i saw when i was attending at the game.
Even the BB's said that experience does matter. But once again, you are more smarter. What are you doing here, you should be fixing the bugs from the GE because you know everything about it.
We are still waiting for the evidence that experience doesn't matter. But wait, oh, yes, you haven't got any, have you?
What you do is that you buy foregin players. Maybe buying some home players wouldn't be bad. You could even be a role model to all those players in your country, to start training their own players.
And still, you are making fool of yourself. Nobody said, that it is all about experience! Perhaps you should check the game manual once again, and maybe the whole forum. But of course you wouldn't learn a lot, because you know what is the best, right ?
As for the team chemistry. I haven't got any experience with is whatsoever. I agree with the previous post, that enthusiasm is some kind of team chemistry in this game. However, maybe it would be fun, that a team of Slovenian players(in my example or country shall i say) would play better, than a team of mixed nationalities.
