if my plan ka tumakbo ulit sa u21 .. eto real talk .. pano mo mapapanatili na hindi mababan yung account mo ?? kasi parang pang 4th account mo na ata yan .. and sabi mo 23 season ka na sa BB tapos ni isa sa mga account mo hindi nakaakyat sa league 2 or can I say hindi tumagal sa BB ... and yung sinasabi mo na reason na may nag over bid sa player mo parang first time ko ata narinig yung sa tinagal tagal tagal ko sa BB ... kasi yung sinasabi mo na reason is talamak dati yung money transfer .. madaming gumawa nun dati ...

ikaw din ang nag overbid, sayo din un ngayon pa lang iba na ulit account mo wag ka n mag dahilan pprankahin n kita, cheater is always a cheater.

Account Bans
Account bans made by the GMs or BBs are permanent. Typically, we invite users to reapply for a new account after 30 days, at which point we will examine the situation again, and may or may not accept your application for a new account.
In the unfortunate situation that your account is banned, you may appeal the decision by sending an e-mail to appeals@buzzerbeater.com. All of these appeals are read, and each situation will be carefully reviewed again by the BB Staff. If your account is unlocked (this is VERY rare), you will receive an email letting you know; if you do not hear from us, it is because your appeal was denied.

Nag appeal and nireapply ko po itong account ko na ito and i hope maging secured ang account ko na ito i admit na may nauna akong account which is d tumatagal dahil d ko na oopen nuon ng 1month kaya naban ung dati kong account i admit d nio ko katulad na magaling na kayang iakyat ang team sa div 2 or ppl pero as i say gusto ko maclear ang name kaya ako nanahimik nuon dahil sa disappointment at frustration kasi na ban ung account ko sa kasagsagan ng campaign ko and i undergo to a depression kaya huminto ako sa game plus andami pang nang bash sakin ng hindi man lang kayang intindihin at kunin ang side ko i conduct investigations about sa dummy account pero wala eii nagpatulong din ako kay coach mo and sir g sa pageembistiga kaso wala kaming napala plus ang sasakit ng mga sinasabi nio sakin nun kahit anong paliwanag ko eh kung ang persepsyon nio ay ganun wala akong magagawa basta alam ko sa sarili ko na hindi ako nandaya at mandadaya sa game na ito and i cant please everyone of you kung ganyan tingin nio sakin but i will move on and my priority now is to help the u21 team puro kayo bash puro kayo salita wala nmn kayong alam sa mga nangyare nuon ang kaya nio lng gawin manira at manakit at magsabi ng masasakit na salita sa ibang managers dinamay mo pa the beast si osting na wala nmn kinalaman sinabihan nio ng bobo sabagay d dapat bigyan ng pansin ang mga taong walang ibang kayang gawin kundi manghusga ng ibang tao
May gawin man si osting o ako na mabuti pangbabatikos pa rin naman ang ipupukol nio eii tapos pagmay nagaws kaming mistake cheater agad bobo agad kung gusto nio na respeto rumespeto kayo mag respetuhan tayo dito move on na kung may mga pagkakamali man noon o ngayon dapat tanggapin un para sa ikabubuti at ikaaayos ng community natin na pinas imbed na tulungan natin ang u21 team at si osting puro kayo reklamo puro kayo criticism eh kung gawin nio na lng ang trabaho nio at part nio sa community and team di sana mas mapapadali buhay ng u21 and nt natin imbes na tayo magtulungan tayo pag nag aaway at naghahatakan pababa ..
Respeto na lng ang ibigay natin sa isat isa at kung hindi nio ko mapagkatiwalaan ulit o si osting o ung iba wala na kaming magagawa .. Basta we do our part no matter what cristicism you impose to us we still do our job for the betterment and respect for our community and country specially the team nt.

Sorry ha... pero sa tagal ko na sa BB.. ikaw lang ata ang maswerteng napili na gawan ng ganyan ... hindi pa ko nkaka encounter ng ganyang pangyayare lalong lalo na sa mga manager ng national team ... for what ?? to sabotage the U21 ??? as a veteran hindi ako kumbinsido sa mga sinasabi mo ... about sa criticism issue .. depende sa sitwasyon yan .. if maganda pinakita normal lang n maganda rin yung feed back, if panget nman depende rin yan kung nag effort ba or hindi .. kaso sa nangyare sayo, natural lang madami magagalit sau kasi manager ka ng u21 tapos naghokus pokus ka pa ... diretsuhin na kita ah... aminin mo man or hindi yun ang nakikita ko dahilan bkit k n ban..

respect is earned not given. sorry you and your circle of friends know what you did. the first time you guys got off with just a slap on the wrist a fine not a ban. one of your friends even said "we did nothing wrong" duh....

when you post something post facts. you wrote several posts up you only had one account plus this new one which looking at your history of this new team one will see you are lying. we are just posting FACTS which you yourself wrote. is that bashing you? I don't think so. such a simple thing you can't even get it straight you want us to trust you again? can we really trust our u21 program to someone that really can't even enumerate how many teams he has before?

for me whether or not a national manager wins a trophy for the country isn't important. what is more important is he can make more people interested in the game, make their teams better and in the long run one day help train better players for our national teams. its about making a bond with new managers making them not leave in disgust because they can't understand and be better at this game.

that was what made cezz one of the legendary national team managers of all time. no matter how people bash him he just smiles and takes it like a man coz that what it takes to be a national team manager. he tried his best to help newbies and one of those newbies was me.

when you are a national team manager or trying to run for that position you should be open to criticism coz its part of the job. if you can't handle criticism then don't run. when something not so good is said against you its like automatic your reason is people who don't agree with you are disrespecting you. hay ewan. if you can defend our actions then no matter what people say in the end they will shut up. so please make sure when you post again post something correct so people won't find something to use against you.

Manahimik ka na, o baka ma depress ka ulit? wag ka lang magbibigti, Hindi ka nag iisa madami kayo.

In your earlier post you were asking who to email for an account appeal. When I read your new post you are saying na reinstate ka na. So they asked you to reopen another account? Ano ba talaga ang totoo sa pangyayari?

Can you clarify that for the general public. You cannot blame the posts here for the mistrust they have. The u21 was left high and dry when you got banned. Morwood had to take over your responsibility. I am not here to judge gusto ko lang ng mabuti at maayos na paliwanag.
