He needs a lot of OD training. Also needs Passing training. I would stick him at PG for a few seasons and do 1 position Pressure/Passing training.

Both are needed, but train whichever one your team needs the most.

I want to make him into a super sf, any suggestions for his training ?? I thought to train inside first as he is little shorter and will take time if trained that later.

nice player. I would start with OD and Passing, then switch to insideskills and train him at C. after that you can finish with two-positiontraining like rebound, one-on-one (a lot) and JS and include other trainees.

I agree with getting his inside skills done first. Once you get that done, you can focus exclusively on his guard skills. For right now, I would train IS until he pops twice and ID until he pops once. A word of advice: since you want him to be an SF, you will want to keep his REB down as it will eat up cap space. I would say that he only needs about 10 or 11 rebounding at most.

His reb and sb are almost done. I want reb to be 9 and that I think I'll get through cross training as Is is going to be 15 and id to be 14.
