Well. I know that this tread is usually for people who are baffled about their loss against a weaker opponent or something along those lines. But I guess I can strech the limits just a bit, and ask "OMG how did I WIN this game?".

I had 3 players on my roster and the guy who was playing center for me is really a crappy shooting guard. I wanted to lose, because I really would have benefitted from having an extra home game tomorrow. (Ticket sales + training) I do realize that I was playing against a bot (as I have all season), but come on now, win with 3 players?

On top of all that, I was actually down 3 points with just 10 seconds remaining, but then this happened:

I mean, a guy passes TO HIMSELF on a THREE-POINTER? Must have passed it to himself off the glass Kobe-style or something. ;)

Well atleast I had one guy scoring 62 points (with only 4k salary!?), an all-time record in Finnish IV.51!

What a crazy game this BuzzerBeater is.

You neglected to think that your tactics were actually the perfect tactics against an opponent like that. Your senseless tactics weren't actually senseless. edit: well, in a way they were, only for different reasons. :P

Your innocent 2-3, which you may have thought would conveniently lead to many inside baskets against your weak ID, lead to your opponent jacking up shots from the perimeter. On offence, this is what patient does. Your biggest outside mismatch will continuously take jump-shots and he'll either greatly help you or greatly hurt your team.

first game in the season and loose to a weaker opponent. one factor was my vey weak PFtrainee at PG, but can you tell me wha else i missed?

they put in more effort than you did. they also had better outside shooting and perimeter defense, and offensive flow. so maybe you're not that much better than they are, but I guess it's mainly thir higher effort level.

Not my match, but this shows how the GE can troll us lol.

Not a big random in my opinion. This guy played home, tried harder in the game then his opponent.. In 4/4 he won 19-32, maybe better stamina and etc...
He had some nice advantages in the game. But if the away team won it, it would be OK too.

Interesting match anyway.

Sometimes you need luck, its all. The away team should win but they didn't and its nothing special in the game.

In real life you have surprised results too, it wouldn't be interesting if always a team with better players win, just a bad day for those team that loose this match. You can call it random..
