Why are draftees the first process of the offseason update? Promoting teams should get their promotion bonus first in my opinion.

Is it worth it having a PR manager without specialties? I mean in terms of increase in revenue over upkeep. I've always had a level 4 PR manager (assuming that it's enough for Div II), but now I'm thinking of cutting cost to maintain my players' salaries. So will my PR manager net me at least 20k to 30k a week to cover his own salary?

What does the green and red minutes mean in Weekly stats. And why a player who played 45 can have green minutes and another player who played 46 has it in red?

Draft results question:
When looking at the draft results round 2, if you received your 4 selection is there a way to determine who selected your 2 and 3 selection and/or who those player are? Thanks
