I don't know what the planned schedule is, but since traffic is higher on gamedays I'd suspect that to be days they'd want to use for testing.

As of right now the forums and BB-Mail haven't changed much, though the priority settings work and you can see more team info about a user in their forum posts.

are some priveliges for supporters ever going to be available to non supporters? for instance, i really liked the buddy list- will that ever be available to me?

Probably not, there needs to be incentive to purchase Supporter.
