is it economicly good to have a level 6 pr manager whose weekly salary is 20000 or to have lvl 4 pr manager whose weekly salary is 12000, or lvl 1 pr manager 2000 weekly salary?

Of course when you have 5k arena PR won't help that much. So it is quite depends on your lvl and on how much seats you have (and price of them).
