And no, we're not talking about skills (not at all at least :D): you are certainly a good manager, you lead 1st league... And again certainly it's not a case ;)

We should talk about "Lux people should lead Lux NT" till tomorrow or "good team doesn't make good NT" aswell.


But we're speaking about:

- EXPERIENCE: right or wrong, good or bad you play bb from season 9... it's not enough, again in my opinion, to run a NT.. forgive me!
- CONTACTS: Lux forum isn't wide as Italian one... No offence it's a fact... And this is the most important thing if you want to build a NT: continuity it's the key world, if Lux lost 60% of his trained players (or if it sold them to bad coaches) because too many teams became BOT, Lux would never have continuity (or player recycling) so a good NT neither.

And hard work of course... We (me and my staff) currently working on Luxembourg database to find best players for NT (I already studied 1st division and all II) ;)


I repeat we want to lead Lux NT and we're asking for your trust and cooperation, we're here to answer your question, to work hard and try to lead Lux to some good satisfactions... but Lux people has to vote for us, and if they will prefer GOD... no problems, that will be their decision ;)

First of all I don't understand why you've to become angry... We're just talking... does my presence offend someone? I hope not :|

It's almost election time and everyone who want to became NT coach, should post and discuss with other users... Someone wants to became Bolivia coach, others Finland one... I want to became Luxembourg coach... and so? I'm tolding what I'm gonna do if Lux people will vote for me... If they prefer you or other they will vote so!

Are you NT coach already? I don't think so... You'll become it? Ok, you will need help? I'm here, did you ask it to me? ;)

You've played in French league? Wow... even Hattrick? Impressive... And? I mean it's a challenge of whom has it longer?

I repeat: Lux people (even you) will vote for Lux coach... And that's all... I should loose, no probs, till then I'm still here to give my availability ;)

Here is Luxemburg ok, infact I'm here just to talk with education, you should do the same instead continuing to tell "you're Italian, we want only a Lux coach, go ahead..." Be polite instead aggressive... and try to read what I'm writing, that's all ;)

The reason why I'm here is NOT to take a battle with someone, I'm explaining how do I'll work to Lux people then they could decide who they'll vote.


Ok let's talk about numbers and stop with poems :D

As I sad I'm supported by a staff (3 people + me at the moment), and we worked on Lux database in theese week, theese are results:

- 201 possible NT players in I and II league
- 122 possible NT players in III league (thanks to ValeRec)

Theese are good news,very cool... bad news are that almost 60% of theese one are BOT one... The point that entire Lux has to reach is that every single of theese player will be lost if nobody will do something, here are three example:

Waldemar Reckendorfer (11110089)
Steffen Stau (11109824)
Koos Gabriel (11110544)

Very good 18 yo players that are gonna die soon... but theese are example, there are tons of players like theese 3...

Theese players, if trained correctly, should became a good resource for U21 NT and also for NT, the point is to find a good coach that buy and let them grow.

The trick is to let them join NT so they should became Free Agents and not BOT and then let them know in a large forum, then looking for their coaches and try, with him of course, to find the better way to train them.

That's the work, that's what we're gonna do... Everyone should do it, of course, but we have the best mean to realize it:

Italian forum.

As I sad, and I'm proud to say that, Italian community always support their NT coaches all around the world: there is a specified part of the Italian forum used for theese means, where everyone should watch NT players actually on sell (NT players of the italian NT coaches of course. Only them could post over there.)

That's how we want to build a good NT team!

I hope this is the last time i repeat it: I'm not here to make a war agaist Soren or GOD or whoever else, this is a project that involve all Luxemburg (NT and also U21... everyone became NT coach should cooperate with Soren), I'm pretty sure that, if everyone will work hard and in the right way, Lux should became a proficient player's crib nation, the results of course will grow up with the work ;)

If you say no (should happend of course...), that will be your decision and we all will respect it but you'll have to wait for next election for a candidate that will do in late the same work we could do immediately... Why loose time to make Lux a competitive nation?

I only had a quick glance at this thread, and there is a reason why elections thread DO have rules.
This thread shows why.

I am not going to delete any posts (yet). I'd like to ask each of you to have a look at your own posts and decide for yourselves if it should be deleted or not. This is your chances to delete stuff you now think shouldn't be in here.

As the BBs set up NT election threads each season, along with the rules everyone should respect, I will close this one now.
