It's very possible that he has high sublevels in all of those skills.

I thought the player's long term potential is reflected in salary long before the levels are reached. This sounds like salary in BB is used a bit like TSI in HT. Am I all wrong?

unfortunately next time u wont have the chance to do so. During the next salary chance all players will have respectabel form.


true, but still this helps, since you can use these to compare midseason when the second raise occurs.

Does stamina have a large effect on salary? Could you drop your players stamina at the end of the season to avoid wages the following season?
