I set my seat price at 75% of the maximum price that you can charge ($15 out of possible $20 for bleachers, and so on). Then I calculate what % of seats was sold for each section out of total attendance. Those are the approximate numbers that I got in pretty much all the games.
Of course, those numbers will never be 100% exact, but for me this works.
