Yes, but I think its a dumb rule. Why not what if you have friends from there you wanna play in a league with, but you didnt pay money for the supporter features? I think that shoukd be changed

I think that shoukd be changedI think it's a wise rule, since it's protects local communities of smaller countries. An average user might think, that it be fun to start playing in small country, f.ex. Lebanon, this way he would have bigger chances to top the league, win the cup and play in BBB. Allowing users to register where they want would result in many foreigners playing in small leagues and eventually will "destroy" them.
