sorry, but I can not see a player in qour roster, which is at the moment good enough for the NT. But you should train your young superstar at the PG position.

I just did a little scouting and came across some players - is anyone of those worth looking at for the NT? I left out all of the players who already have played for the NT but aren't on the roster right now - because I think that there's a reason for that :-)

EDIT: I know that those aren't going to give the NT a big boost, but maybe if you're looking for some roleplayers, one of those could help.

so can you help me i dont really know how 2 do an affective training routine to develop my team can you tell me how?

Hi.

First of all you need real young trainees! That mean, you shoul start the training with 18y or 19y. One of your suggested players is allready 22y, this is too old for a trainee, cause he will learn real slowly.

Secondly you do not need 27 players in your roster; much better are 12-14 players.

Training strategy:
You need at least 3 trainees. Than you try, for example, that all of them play at the PG position: In one week, a player needs to play 48+ minutes for 100% training. => Player A plays on saturday 36min + Player B 12 minutes (both at PG). Player B plays on tuesday 36min + Player A 12minutes. An on thursday Player C plays 48 minutes. => A+B+C played 48min at PG in one week => Training (Pressing) for the PG-position. => After some weeks the OD will increase!
