Hmm not sure what it would add. It would just make NT coaches jobs easier. Most of the stuff the BB's should improve on should benefit everyone or just supporters. It shouldn't just be for the NT coaches. Plus you can pretty much do it yourself by looking up a NT roster and sorting by salaries.

Ok there is some confusion as who this would advantage here.

I don't see this being an advantage to supporters at all. You could provide this information to everyone and it wouldn't make any difference to the normal person. It would just be interesting.

The only people it would benefit in gameplay would be the national coaches.

I would suggest if a list of top 10 salaries was made it would be available to players from the country and to the NT coach (if he wasn't from that country)

the 'bad' things here are:

1: this will make NT managers and coaches lazy. They just look up those 10 and have the basics of their team. Them being lazy is not that bad, but the loss of creativity is. It would be boring to have NT teams that only have top 10 wage players.

2: Countries that have many very good players of 1 specific type may see a list of , say, 10 centers. The Nt coaches will have less valuable info on the possible NT players then the countries where 2 of each type are in the top 10.

I think if you drop the top 10 list, and just show the highest wage, these 2 negatives fall away. Every Nt manager can adress this 1 highest wage player, but will have to look for others to join him, also every NT manager will only have valuable info on 1 player this way.

The advantage is that NTcoaches don't need to keep looking to see if they won't find any other players with higher wages than they already found if they know they are already near the max.

In the end however a higher wage is not always a better player for a given team. So coaches still will need to look out which players will get on the team.

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

I disagree with the point that it makes the NT coaches lazy. I think the job that they have is impossible.

It is impossible to go through and ask every single player in your country about their best player (assuming they know what makes a good player - a lot don't).

As you said salaries don't mean a player is good. You could assume that 18 year olds would not show on this list and would be enough work for a coach to just look for new traininee players.

The big problem I see is that the current system does not really let NT coaches approach other managers unless a huge amount of work is done (in big leagues this is really crazy amount) NT Coaches basically have to rely on the presumption that good managers will contact the National Coach. This I think is not the case as I get a lot of emails asking if a crap player can be on the team. I never have had a good player sent to me via BBMail

If a top 10 system was introduced maybe the following would be a good alteration on the idea.

Top 10 salaries for each position only visible to people from that country or the NT coach.

Off Topic:
He is 22 now with a salary of ~$6800
All of the 18 year olds I picked last season are all well rounded and trained specifically for my team and most have higher salaries than that. If they are 21 they have to be outstanding like my tremendous jump shooter who never stops popping.

On Topic:
Yeah I really think we need something if the game if the NT coaches are not expected to be spending weeks or months looking through all the divisions of their country.

i guess if the salary payback that apears at the rules was efective every body who gets a powerfull player will tell to the NT of the country player that he has it

only to maintain a batter economy,

is an incetive to managers to reports his best players to NT and make the NT coach/coaches more easy... except for the quantity of bb-mail that they will recive.

it`s just an amazing idea coz if it would be possible to see that list other managers would have some exemple what is good player... that his players with wage 2000 are only crap and they won`t get into NT... Another problem is that many players are gone abroad... so it`s not easy for NT coaches and allso they must take care of they own teams... it`s really not so easy as some one of you thinks... I agree that every country must have a list of 10 most expensive own nationality players all over the world...

Yes obviously that would be the suggestion.

I have done enough SQL to know that sorting by salary and then limiting 10 players with a certain nationality is actually EASIER than checking what country the team he belongs to is in.

If others feel that there needs to be more discussion about it, then there will be.
