It 's not that bad but unluckily after 2 seasons of no management we have to roll up our sleeves to win some matches. you all know that usually I try to be positive but we have to face reality and the truth is that we can win one or two games. I strongly hope that some youngsters could be raised soon and managers can see their effort rewarded with their players called up. So the positive thing is that it can't be worse than last time and that's the reason that drives me to run for the U21-NT position in order not to get other surprises remembering what happened with Rick James. I have been active since long time in Scotland and no just under election but if someone is really interested in running I think that could be a good idea to get more involved thorough the season, so if I'll be elected I'd like to invite who is really interested in beeing part of a whole process as it was with our actual NT Manager who got involved in the "Scottish Affair" long before the election.

Obviously everybody is free to vote who they think is the best but just keep in mind all the risks...

When I looked for the opportunity to coach a U21 team, I noticed not much support for the current coach and didn't see any strong leadership lining up to replace Rick James. But, honestly, if you all have a national who knows what he is doing, you should vote for him. Some countries don't have the leadership within their group to handle the task - but in Taintum it seems you do. I'll withdraw, and recommend you all vote local.

I also think that we could aim at winning a couple of games. 3 would be a real success, no chances to finish in the first two positions.
The goal of this term is to start the bases for the next term and we should mainly focus on the development of 18yo and 19yo players . There are already examples of very small countries (BB wise), with very successful results (i.e. Cyprus).

Concerning my commitment, there isn't much more I can tell but assuring you that I will do my best for the U21. This is the first time after 8 seasons that I candidate for a NT. If I do so, it is because I have both the time and the motivations. Even in case I won't be elected, I will nonetheless ask the future coach (Templar?) to be part of his project.
