A starter generally plays around 30 to 35 minutes for example.
However in this game, you need 48 minutes to give someone full training which people usually do by playing them all 48 minutes in 1 game. Because of this, using per game results is not really an accurate representation of the best players in the league.
A great already developed player won't be playing 48 minutes a game.

but the player had to play more then 50% of the games, and if a player plays 48 minutes i won't use him another time as a starter so a strong player usually ends up 48 + 10-12 mins as a backup and averaging 30 minutes per game.

I agree with your 48 +10-15 mins idea. A lot of people do 1 position training so for example they will play their big man 48 minutes in game 1 at C to get the training minutes and then as a backup PF in the next game. I do 2 position training but my backup SF is always one of my guard trainees.
