I plan to train train Both of their gaurd skills at the end of the year. I will do this by playing both of them at gaurd on offense, and have them play their natural positioens on defence. (this wont be a problem because my team always wins by 40+ points.)

This is an excample of an allstar that are not even close to reaching the soft cap, and not the best weighted player.

This is an example of a SG that did reach his soft cap...

Weekly salary: $ 59 234

DMI: 346200
Age: 22
Height: 6'2" / 188 cm
Potential: allstar
Game Shape: strong
Jump Shot: tremendous Jump Range: prominent
Outside Def.: prodigious Handling: prominent
Driving: sensational Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: inept Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: average Free Throw: strong

The only thing I would have liked is probably 2 or 3 pops in IS and passing (which if I had patience before switching to talls I could probably get). Other than that, this is an allstar player that is pretty much the backbone of my team. I believe potential is relivant to the player you wish to create. There is no point in wanting a hall of famer with the intent of training to a $30k salary.

If you were active on the off-site forums, you would have known his skills for a while.
*EDIT* - Spelling.
